Stobel - Warehousing & Distribution, a third‑party logistics provider, faced fragmented information across separate Warehouse, Transport and accounting systems that required repeated data entry, caused billing errors and limited productivity. To solve these integration and control issues they began using TeamDesk.
TeamDesk was deployed to centralize HR, line haul coordination, vehicle maintenance and incident tracking, giving one web‑based system for all branches with role-based access. As a result, TeamDesk reduced invoicing errors and duplicate/non‑invoiced waybills, made long‑distance billing far less labour‑intensive and enabled quicker invoicing into Pastel Partner, improved transparency and control over costs, margins and COD collections—while noting the need for further development expertise and full accounting integration.
