RAM Universal, a multinational specializing in Animation, Entertainment and staff placements with offices in the USA, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Russia and the UAE, needed a way to organize business information exchange and deliver applicants’ CVs to hotels worldwide while replacing cumbersome Excel workflows. They adopted the TeamDesk web-based application to address problems with cell and sheet interactions and to enable real-time collaboration across offices.

TeamDesk implemented a centralized database for all applicants’ CVs, vacancies and employer profiles, preventing duplicate entries, improving data accuracy, and letting each hotel select applicants directly. The system also supports flagging fired applicants and granular user access controls set by RAM Universal’s president. According to RAM Universal, TeamDesk delivered significant time savings and reliable support, resolving their workflow and data-management issues.
