Digitalwise (Pty) Ltd was tasked with delivering fully integrated management systems for clients including the Stobel Group (logistics) and Olmans Trust & Finance Company (property). Stobel required a platform to unify disparate systems and processes across warehouse (lot/expiry control, batch/expiry stock lists, stock transaction reporting, barcoded proof-of-delivery and goods receipt notes, certificates of analysis, incident tracking), transport (manifests, trip sheets, hazardous-goods emergency cards, COD), invoicing control and human resources (leave, contracts, licenses, training). Olmans needed a single system to manage property portfolios, tenants, maintenance and leases.
Using TeamDesk as the core platform, Digitalwise built an integrated warehouse, transport, document and HR management system and extended the solution for property management. TeamDesk enabled consolidation of disparate systems, delivering full operational visibility, tighter invoicing and cost control, complete data transparency and streamlined workflows for Stobel, while giving Olmans a centralized, more efficient way to manage its properties and leases.
