Sims Honda, a Honda dealership in Burlington, Washington, was focused on strengthening sales, service retention, and customer trust in a competitive, price-driven market. To support that effort, the dealership worked with Team Velocity and its Apollo Technology Platform to better understand ownership-verified prospects and identify the customers most likely to buy or return for service in the next 90 days.

Team Velocity provided Sims Honda with nightly refreshed marketing dashboards, automated compliant offers, and targeted campaigns across email, direct mail, Google, Bing, and Facebook. The results were strong: 44% of monthly new-car sales and 79% of monthly service ROs were attributed to the program, new-car sales were up 56% and used-car sales up 62% since 2013, and one car-review campaign scheduled 28 appointments and closed 15 deals in its first month.
