Huggins Honda, a high-performing Honda dealership in North Richland Hills, Texas, wanted to keep building on strong year-over-year growth while serving customers better in an increasingly competitive market. Working with Team Velocity, the dealership focused on finding new ways to engage customers and support sales and service retention.

Team Velocity helped Huggins Honda implement an upgrade initiative in the service department, along with other marketing and customer-education efforts that connected sales and service teams. After refining the program, the dealership sold 80 new cars in December from the upgrade initiative alone, achieved 20% year-over-year new car sales growth for two straight years, rose from 55th to 25th nationally in 2017, and improved retention in both sales and service.
