Paragon Auto Group, through its Paragon Honda and Paragon Acura dealerships in New York City, faced a rapidly changing auto retail landscape where customers increasingly expected transparent, fast, and fully online buying experiences. To stay competitive against both traditional dealers and disruptive retail models, the group needed a way to better understand customers, market more personally, and reduce friction in the sales process.
Team Velocity helped Paragon Auto Group by deploying its Apollo® marketing automation and data-mining platform to power digital and targeted marketing, along with Paragon Direct’s online, “store without walls” experience. The solution enabled hyper-personalized outreach, predicted purchase readiness, and allowed customers to complete much of the transaction online in under a minute. While the case study does not provide hard numerical results, it reports stronger targeting, faster customer engagement, and a more transparent, frictionless buying journey.
