Advent Security, an Australian-owned provider of guard services, sought to enhance the efficiency and quality of their security operations, specifically aiming to eliminate inefficient paper-based processes and improve incident response times. To address this challenge, they partnered with TEAM Software and implemented the Lighthouse solution, a cloud-based guard management system.

The solution from TEAM Software involved installing Bluetooth beacons at key checkpoints and deploying a mobile app for guards, all managed through a cloud console. This implementation provided real-time visibility into guard activity and digitized reporting. The results were significant, including over 64,900 beacon checkpoints visited and 622 activity logs completed in the first three months, which immediately improved compliance and operational transparency for Advent Security.
