The City of Seattle partnered with TEAM IM to overhaul the application process for its Utility Assistance Programs. The city was challenged by a slow, inefficient system that relied on multiple legacy applications, which hindered its ability to serve citizens in need and manage cases effectively. They sought a unified solution to consolidate these programs and improve the overall experience.

TEAM IM implemented a solution using its proprietary Modern UI middleware and Oracle WebCenter Content to develop custom Angular applications. This included a public-facing portal for applications and a back-end case management system, merging several legacy programs into one platform. The results for the City of Seattle included significant improvements in processing speed and accuracy, city budget savings from decommissioning old systems, and an enhanced citizen experience, with plans already in place to expand the platform.
