American Multinational Specialty Food Company, a leading global franchisor of specialty foods, required a modernized and easier-to-maintain user experience for its portals to align with its digital transformation goals. They engaged TEAM IM, an Oracle Gold Partner, to leverage their existing Oracle WebCenter Content investment and upgrade the system.

TEAM IM implemented a solution that involved upgrading Oracle WebCenter Content to 12c and developing new, custom user interfaces using Angular. This new front-end was integrated with the content repository using TEAM IM's TEAMBridge RESTful API. The project resulted in a modern application architecture that is easier to maintain, built a better user interface that increased adoption, and reduced maintenance costs for the customer.
