JBL partnered with Team Epiphany to break through the 2014 holiday retail season and drive more traffic and excitement at the Harman Store. The challenge was to stand out during a competitive shopping period and create a compelling in-store experience for fans and customers.

Team Epiphany executed JBL brand ambassador Mariano Rivera’s 2014 activations at the Harman Store, using a gift-with-purchase program and a Black Friday sweepstakes that gave fans a chance to meet Rivera and Dan Patrick in person. The campaign drew more than 1,200 consumers to the store over Black Friday weekend and helped triple sales versus the 2013 holiday weekend.
