Tryg, one of Scandinavia’s largest insurers with over three million customers, faced slow, costly digital operations: most customer interactions were online but website changes required heavy reliance on external developers, consumed roughly 50% of the budget on minor tasks, and took three–four months to implement. Tags were hard-coded, analytics access was restricted to specialists, and each change demanded 10–30 hours of business intelligence support, limiting Tryg’s ability to act on customer insights.
