Mr Apple, a primary-producer exporter, set out to break through an export market long dominated by retailers and marketplaces. The company faced the twin challenges of growing margins and earnings while building global consumer brands and driving marketing efficiencies — all underpinned by a need to adopt a test-and-learn, data- and technology-led approach.
Working with Stitch and using Tealium CDP, Mr Apple built a unified data ecosystem that captured first-party signals from retail partners and consumers in key markets (including China, Vietnam and India) to create marketable audiences and enable automated, targeted campaigns. The initiative grew the customer database by 150%, delivered the company’s first e-commerce campaign in India, established direct ROAS with a third‑party retailer, and lifted awareness, engagement and sales through smarter audience targeting.
