Lefebvre Dalloz revamps data collection and tag management to meet new data consent requirements

Lefebvre Dalloz, a European leader in legal, tax and compliance information services, faced an urgent compliance challenge: a patchwork of home‑made tag and data‑collection tools across dozens of websites that would not meet new CNIL cookie‑consent guidelines, with only three months to fix it.

Working with Tealium, the company deployed an agnostic data layer using Tealium iQ, a Customer Data Platform, and integrated Didomi’s CMP to centralize and unify customer data, streamline tagging, and manage consent. The rollout covered 65 websites in three months, delivered CNIL compliance, improved first‑party data usage and made lead generation and data management far more efficient.
