LeBonCoin, France’s leading online classifieds site and a Schibsted subsidiary, faced slow, resource-heavy digital operations: manual tag implementations took three to five weeks and limited their ability to test new vendors and digital solutions. A lack of technical development capacity made rapid marketing changes and A/B testing difficult.
Implementing the Tealium iQ tag management system gave LeBonCoin a point-and-click interface that cut tag deployment from weeks to about 2–5 minutes, reduced reliance on technical teams, and enabled fast A/B testing and mobile integration. The change lowered costs, improved ad-serving and targeting, drove significant new traffic, and supports future responsive-site and customer-data initiatives.
