Tealium helped Spark New Zealand rebuild its martech stack with real-time customer data capture, identity resolution, and activation, integrated with Snowflake and its Kapello AI engine. The result was sub-300ms decisioning, event data flowing into Snowflake in under 10 seconds, and enriched traits sent back to Tealium in under a minute. This new approach delivered +22% incremental conversion from next-best-offer decisions, +13% from real-time triggers, and more than 150 million personalized offers each month.
