Hyatt Hotels, a global hospitality brand, was struggling to measure and optimize digital marketing performance as browser restrictions, ad blockers, and privacy changes reduced visibility into bookings and loyalty sign-ups. To address these gaps, Hyatt worked with Tealium and its Conversions API integrations, using server-side data and Tealium’s EventStream and AudienceStream CDP.

Tealium helped Hyatt send hashed first-party data securely to ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest, improving attribution and audience targeting. The result was a 4% uplift in paid search conversion rate, a projected $12.7 million annual revenue impact, and less wasted ad spend by excluding irrelevant audiences, while also future-proofing measurement for a privacy-first environment.
