Large Fortune 100 company, already well established in the diversity community, sought to modernize its supplier diversity program to address repetitive, manual and costly reporting processes, doubts about reporting accuracy, limited visibility of diverse and SBE suppliers, and cumbersome Tier 2 reporting. They engaged TealBook and aimed to improve supplier diversity data quality, automate reconciliation and verification, and increase organizational visibility into diverse and SBE supplier capabilities.

TealBook implemented its IMPACT solution, aggregating data from 100 sources and applying machine learning to validate supplier statuses and make supplier information easily discoverable. In a review of ~40,000 U.S. suppliers, TealBook identified an additional 1,600 diverse/SBE/Hubzone suppliers—a 20% uplift—unlocking more than $30 million in attributable diversity spend and expanding the vendor population from 49,000 to 400,000.
