How a Global Real Estate Firm Uncovered More Diverse Spend from their Existing Suppliers

Global Real Estate Firm partnered with TealBook to improve its supplier diversity efforts after the COVID-19 pandemic reinforced its commitment to DE&I. The company’s challenge was poor supplier data management, which made it difficult to identify diverse suppliers, track certifications, and report on diverse spend accurately.

TealBook implemented data enrichment for the vendor master and a white-glove supplier outreach campaign to help suppliers upload certifications and self-certify. As a result, TealBook identified a 6% increase in qualified diverse spend, uncovered 87 previously unknown diversity certificates among incumbent suppliers, and increased WBE-certified suppliers by 8%—all without adding any new suppliers or increasing supply chain risk.
