The customer, Astur Valley, partnered with TeaCup Lab to enhance the mentorship process for startups participating in the Google Launchpad Asturias program. TeaCup Lab redesigned the daily mentorship process by implementing a structured workshop at the start of each day, using techniques borrowed from their Design Sprints. This solution helped startup teams identify, prioritize, and plan actionable steps for their most critical business challenges. As a result, the startups were able to approach mentors with clear priorities and left each day with a viable, impact-focused action plan, significantly improving the efficiency and value of the mentorship sessions.
