Adelaide Airport used TCPinpoint’s tenancy delivery platform to manage Stage 1 of the Adelaide Airport Terminal Expansion project. Their challenge was coordinating a complex retail fit-out across many stakeholders, including tenants, designers, shopfitters, leasing administrators, project managers, and service consultants, while maintaining transparency and a single version of the truth.

TCPinpoint implemented its cloud-based workflow platform to manage tasks, communications, documents, and reporting across the tenancy delivery process. The result was improved collaboration across internal and external teams, better visibility into bottlenecks, and tenants opening on time. The project also recorded 1,471 documents uploaded, 2,167 comments shared, and 69 key users.
