Youth Baseball of Rowlett - Customer Case Study

Youth Baseball of Rowlett is a non-profit youth baseball organization (founded 1994) that runs spring and fall recreational leagues across multiple age divisions. Facing the challenge of coordinating roughly 20 volunteer scorekeepers—previously scheduled by ad hoc texting—the organization adopted TCP Software’s Humanity work scheduler to bring structure and accountability to their rostering process.

By implementing TCP Software’s Humanity, the league set up about 20 scorekeepers with self-service sign-on, shift requests, and easy swap/coverage workflows. The solution eliminated the prior manual texting chaos, increased volunteer responsibility for finding substitutes, and made the director’s volunteer-management tasks noticeably easier—summed up by Director of Scorekeeping Tammie Slater: “Thank you for making my volunteer life and job easier.”
