A TCP Software Case Study
Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports (WVAS) is a nonprofit that provides adaptive snowsports and recreation for people with disabilities, primarily focusing on skiing. With two part-time employees and more than 80 volunteers to coordinate, WVAS struggled with a crude paper scheduling system and needed a more efficient way to align volunteers with clients. They turned to Humanity from TCP Software to address this challenge.
TCP Software’s Humanity replaced the paper process, allowing WVAS to create and manage volunteer schedules more accurately and more quickly and to communicate via Humanity’s Message Wall. The organization reports the system is “a time saver,” has improved scheduling accuracy, and the Humanity team was helpful—results WVAS says make ongoing volunteer coordination far more efficient.
