The UND Wellness Center Turned To Humanity To Manage Their Staff Scheduling & Communication Needs

The UND Wellness Center, a single-site facility with 10 positions and more than 150 student employees, struggled with manual spreadsheet–based scheduling, training tracking and staff communication that required coordinators several hours per week to manage. To solve these challenges, UND turned to TCP Software’s Humanity workforce management tool, evaluating the platform via its one‑month free trial.

TCP Software implemented Humanity to centralize schedules, training records and staff information, add online real‑time scheduling and shift‑trade functionality, and streamline staff communication. As a result, UND Wellness Center now uses TCP Software’s Humanity extensively for scheduling, communication and HR tasks—making shift trading and access to detailed staff data easy and significantly reducing the several hours per week previously spent on manual scheduling.
