The Infostrada Sports Group - Customer Case Study

The Infostrada Sports Group, a Netherlands‑based sports rights, content and data provider, faced increasingly complex scheduling for its live‑operation team as part‑time staff grew. Previously managed in Excel, processing availability and communicating shifts was time‑consuming and hard to scale. To solve this, Infostrada adopted TCP Software’s Humanity work scheduler to allow operators to submit availability directly and reduce manual planning overhead.

TCP Software’s Humanity was integrated so shifts are imported, availability is collected from operators, schedules are published by email, and features like trade requests, shift‑pickup and reporting feed back into Infostrada’s internal tools. The change drastically reduced scheduling time and management communications (trade approvals now require a single click) and enabled Infostrada to efficiently manage roughly 80 part‑timers across two locations versus about 40 previously.
