Case Study: Century Care Management achieves PBJ and CMS compliance and streamlined workforce management with TCP Software (TimeClock Plus v7)

Century Care Management, Inc., a family‑owned 24/7 nursing residency operating nine facilities with more than 900 employees, faced mounting challenges meeting CMS Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting requirements, exporting hours accurately, managing high nursing turnover, and preparing for state surveys that could threaten Medicare/Medicaid funding. To address these risks they partnered with TimeClock Plus to upgrade their time and attendance solution and add PBJ and shift differential functionality.

TimeClock Plus implemented v7 with the PBJ and Shift Differential modules, installed RDTg 400 biometric timeclocks across all sites, and provided Professional Services and "Train the Trainer" coaching.
