Texas Christian University, a private non-profit university in Fort Worth with just over 9,000 students, struggled to create convenient work schedules for a largely student workforce whose class schedules change frequently and needed a reliable way for staff to stay in constant contact. Before adopting TCP Software’s Humanity work scheduler, scheduling was done with paper, pencil, and Excel, creating waste and communication gaps.
