Springfield First Aid Squad - Customer Case Study

Springfield First Aid Squad is a 65‑volunteer, non‑profit EMS organization that provides 24/7 emergency aid to the Springfield community. Faced with the limits of Excel spreadsheets and a need to centralize scheduling and member communication, the Squad adopted TCP Software’s Humanity work scheduler to replace manual processes and improve shift coordination.

TCP Software implemented Humanity to manage schedules, enable shift trades, and centralize messaging; the result was a streamlined publishing process, easier shift swaps through a user‑friendly interface, and a single place for member communication. The Squad reports that Humanity “has reduced the headache of publishing shifts,” supports all 65 volunteers, and is being expanded to more users and features like the Message Wall.
