ResNet, the student-run internet support organization for on‑campus housing at the University of Northern Iowa, struggled to fill 8–5 shifts around eight student employees’ varied class schedules using a Microsoft Excel template that was hard for schedulers to manage and not accessible for staff. To address this, ResNet adopted TCP Software’s Humanity work scheduler.

TCP Software’s Humanity delivered a template-driven scheduler and a work‑scheduler wizard that produces a strong first draft and lets ResNet create block schedules and adjustments quickly; after switching in May, ResNet used Humanity to build its August–December roster. The move improved accessibility for employees, streamlined creation of a whole‑semester schedule in a short time, and was supported by responsive TCP Software customer service.
