A TCP Software Case Study
Real Life Ministries is a church-run cafe, bookstore and deli founded in 2005 with one employee and about 30 volunteers, where scheduling is tricky because volunteers work on their own time. To replace a paper calendar and phone-based scheduling, they adopted Humanity from TCP Software as their scheduling solution.
TCP Software implemented Humanity’s employee schedule maker, and during the trial Resource Cafe Manager Sarah Hall reported it “was great” and would recommend it. The Humanity tool simplified scheduling, cut down on calls and paperwork, and made coordinating volunteers easier—saving staff time and improving reliability for Real Life Ministries.
