A TCP Software Case Study
MBC Loudoun, the Loudoun campus of McLean Bible Church, launched in 2007 and now averages about 800 adults weekly with 163 Weekend Host volunteers. Scheduling those largely optional volunteer roles—managing vacations, shift swaps, sickness and leader-coordinated schedules—had been done with Excel, Word and e-mail and became difficult to maintain. To address this, they selected TCP Software’s Humanity scheduling platform.
TCP Software implemented Humanity as a central work-scheduler with photos, document storage and training modules, giving leaders a single hub to coordinate teams. MBC Loudoun reports easier coordination, faster tracking of vacations and frequent shift trades, stronger team community from photos and centralized volunteer commitments, and reduced back-and-forth communications—outcomes they say make TCP Software’s Humanity their top choice.
