A TCP Software Case Study
Kappa Alpha Theta’s Auburn University chapter needed a better way to track required study hours for its 209 members after relying on paper-and-pen logs. To solve anonymity, accountability, and administrative burden, the chapter adopted the Humanity work scheduler from TCP Software.
TCP Software’s Humanity lets the scholarship director assign individualized hour requirements, enables members to sign in/out anonymously from anywhere with internet access, and requires manager approval before hours count. With 209 girls on the system and three years of use, Humanity has streamlined reporting, reduced missed or incorrect entries through editable clock-outs and approvals, and improved compliance and real-time accountability for the chapter.
