Itawamba Community College (ICC) needed a better way to track time for employees spread across three campuses, after years of relying on physical punch clocks and paper timecards caused missing punches, payroll errors, and time-consuming manual processing. With about 300 employees and locations up to 30 minutes apart, the college struggled to manage timekeeping, audits, and payroll efficiently.
TCP Software implemented TimeClock Plus, an automated time and attendance solution, giving ICC a centralized digital system for clock-ins, leave requests, scheduling, and payroll reporting. The result was faster, more accurate payroll, easier audits, reduced manual work, and the ability to support more than 325 hourly and student workers across campuses with greater flexibility and fewer errors.
