Grace Centers of Hope, founded in 1942 and the oldest and largest homeless shelter in Oakland County, serves roughly 1,050 people a year and employs more than 100 staff. As turnover grew, GCH was struggling with time-consuming manual processes—paper time cards, Excel-based hours tracking, siloed scheduling per location, and email-based communication—so they turned to TCP Software for its Humanity workforce management tools.
TCP Software implemented Humanity’s centralized, web-based scheduling and timekeeping with Android and iOS apps so employees can clock in/out, view shifts, and receive reminders from their phones. The solution eliminated manual paperwork and Excel timecards, consolidated scheduling across locations, and streamlined communications—changes GCH says have “drastically improved our operations” and put the organization on a more efficient footing.
