Humanity's automated scheduling improves employee work-life balance for Autism Plus

Autism Plus, a UK non-profit supporting adults and young people with autism and related needs, was struggling with paper-based and disjointed scheduling, time tracking and job costing across more than 450 employees and 24-hour residential services. To modernize its employee experience and integrate with Workday, Autism Plus selected TCP and deployed TCP’s Humanity Scheduling platform.

TCP implemented a bi-directional integration between Humanity Scheduling and Workday Time and Labor, replacing manual timecards with weekly in-app approvals, aligning schedules with timekeeping and automating job costing. The result: accurate time collection for 450+ staff, streamlined payroll review and invoicing, reduced manual work for payroll and finance, and improved employee work-life balance by enabling longer-term scheduling and more accurate pay.
