BlaBlaCar, the global community-based travel app operating across 21 countries, needed a better way to coordinate customer support teams spread across 10+ countries and two continents. Manual, fragmented scheduling across spreadsheets and other tools made forecasting unreliable, created uneven workloads, and slowed planning. TCP Software’s Humanity Schedule was introduced to help replace these disconnected processes.
TCP Software implemented Humanity Schedule as the central part of BlaBlaCar’s “Fix & Flex” planning model, adding template scheduling, real-time availability tracking, and a single source of truth for scheduling and time data. The results were significant: analyst prep time dropped from 4 days to 1.5 days per week, 90% of schedule changes are now handled directly by agents, and the team gained better compliance, fewer errors, and more time for strategic work.
