Holy Cross Church, a non-profit parish in Bilbrook founded in 1898 with 12 staff to schedule, was struggling with paper-based rostering that made it difficult to see who was available when. To address this challenge the church turned to TCP Software and its Humanity work scheduler to manage volunteer and staff shifts more effectively.

TCP Software implemented Humanity to provide a central, visible schedule for the church’s 12 employees, giving leaders an easy overview of availability and reducing the administrative burden of manual scheduling. The church reports that Humanity has made the Youth Club “very efficient,” staff recommend the product, and the Humanity team has been helpful in supporting the transition.
