Hello Bully - Customer Case Study

Hello Bully is a non-profit founded in 2005 that rehomes, rehabilitates and repairs the reputation of the American Pit Bull Terrier. With 172 staff/volunteers, they struggled with a time-consuming, error-prone volunteer scheduling process that relied on emailed availability and manual spreadsheets. To address this, Hello Bully implemented TCP Software’s work scheduler, Humanity.

TCP Software’s Humanity gives volunteers visibility into available shifts and lets them self-schedule, eliminating the coordinator’s need to collect replies and maintain spreadsheets. About 50 workers now use Humanity (172 total), and Hello Bully reports that the tool “made scheduling more efficient,” reducing administrative overhead and improving shift coverage and volunteer satisfaction.
