Gloucester County EMS, the southern New Jersey emergency medical services provider serving 23 of 24 municipalities with over 260 staff across 20 stations, faced costly inefficiencies from manual scheduling—printing Excel sheets that were immediately out of date and managing time-off requests, shift trades, and certifications by hand. TCP Software implemented Aladtec to automate schedules, enable mobile shift pickups/trades and time-off requests, and track certifications with automatic reminders and online document storage.
