Drexel EMS is a state‑certified BLS service serving the Drexel community with a staff of 32. They struggled with weekend shift coverage and visibility—members couldn’t easily see who else was working and the secretary was saddled with constant emails and Excel spreadsheets for scheduling. To address this, Drexel EMS turned to TCP Software and its Humanity work‑scheduler.
TCP Software implemented Humanity so members can self‑select shifts, see coworkers’ schedules, and receive text and email reminders. The change eliminated the need for continual emails to the secretary, improved weekend coverage and staff visibility, and put everyone at ease—allowing all 32 employees to manage their own schedules more efficiently.
