Dream Center Discipleship - Customer Case Study

Dream Center Discipleship, part of the Los Angeles Dream Center, runs a faith-based recovery program that has grown to 200+ disciples, three homes and a staff of around 30. Coordinating 50+ individuals with differing class, work and project schedules across multiple homes and a work-therapy program had been done by hand and became increasingly complex, so they engaged TCP Software’s Humanity scheduling/work-scheduler to streamline their processes.

TCP Software implemented the Humanity work scheduler to centralize schedules, keep clear records and surface shift conflicts, improving communication between on- and off-campus staff and volunteers. According to staff, Humanity “has really helped,” enabling the team to manage 50+ participants across three homes and work-therapy projects more reliably, reduce manual scheduling effort and stay on top of shift coverage.
