Dollywood, the Tennessee amusement park owned by Dolly Parton, needed a better way to manage staffing across its 25 food service locations and more than 1,000 employees. Before using TCP Software’s Humanity, schedules were built manually in Excel, shared by email, and handled separately by each location, making attendance tracking, shift changes, and coverage checks slow and difficult.

TCP Software implemented Humanity to centralize scheduling and communication across Dollywood’s locations. The result was one central schedule for 25 food locations, 75% less time spent on scheduling, and 1.5 hours saved per location, totaling about 1,950 hours saved per year; Dollywood also reported reduced absenteeism and improved morale from publishing schedules earlier.
