Cove, a Washington D.C.-based startup with 11 locations and about 90 employees, needed a better way to manage scheduling as it expanded rapidly into multiple markets. The results were significant: managers cut scheduling time from 4–5 hours per week to about 2–3 hours, saving 50% of their time.
