The customer, TUMI, a premium luggage retailer, faced the challenge of needing finely crafted, holiday-themed props for its window displays delivered on an extremely fast timeline. Partnering with vendor Taylor Corporation, the project was managed in collaboration with Winston Retail to meet this urgent need.

Taylor Corporation provided a solution leveraging its materials science expertise and a rapid prototype-to-approval cycle. The props were engineered for consistent branding and easy installation. As a result of this successful partnership, the project expanded from TUMI's top 50 stores to a full nationwide rollout that was completed on time and on budget.
