Sunrise Senior Living launches four-tier welcome kits across 150 U.S. communities with Taylor Corporation

Sunrise Senior Living, a senior care provider with communities across the U.S. and Canada, faced the challenge of creating a cost-effective welcome kit program for new residents. They needed a solution with multiple tiers to accommodate the different marketing budgets of each property. They partnered with vendor Taylor Corporation, specifically its Taylor Promo service, to develop this customized program.

Taylor Promo created a series of four welcome kits at different price points and hosted them on a branded online store for Sunrise. Each location could order a kit tier corresponding to its budget. Taylor managed all assembly, drop-shipping, and inventory monitoring to ensure kits were always in stock. The solution enhanced resident experience with a thoughtful gift, provided cost-effectiveness through its tiered strategy, and was so successful that Sunrise asked Taylor to expand the program to its Canadian locations.
