BNP Paribas Fortis partnered with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to launch Belgium’s first digital bank, Hello bank!, as it sought to stay competitive in Europe’s fast-changing banking market. The bank needed expertise in mobile banking software and a strong focus on customer experience to deliver the new digital offering.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) supported BNP Paribas Fortis throughout the project, working closely across all phases and helping shape both the solution and the delivery process. The result was a successful launch of Hello bank!, making BNP Paribas Fortis the first to bring a digital bank to Belgium and strengthening its learning and capabilities in mobile banking.
