Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (RBEI) needed to replace a fragmented legacy network made up of multiple providers with an integrated, scalable IT network that could improve efficiency, connectivity, and secure access across its major sites in India. To support its rapid growth, RBEI turned to Tata Communications Global VPN and managed security services, including dedicated internet access and centralized protection for distributed locations.

Tata Communications implemented the Global VPN to connect four core locations and added unified threat management through its vProxy service, based on the Zscaler cloud platform. The result was faster deployment and centralized management, with close to 100% network availability, an estimated 50% acceleration in time to market, a 50% boost in IT/network team productivity, and major cost savings: 80% lower CapEx and 30% lower OpEx.
