Panasonic needed to scale and stabilize its network to support retail operations across India, including a major warehouse in Jhajjar, Haryana. Its existing MPLS connectivity was vulnerable to security threats, and remote last-mile connectivity issues from Railtel and Reliance were hurting availability and recovery times.

Tata Communications implemented network improvements including switching the primary last mile to Vodafone, conducting SIP and health audits across MPLS and ILL sites, replacing weak devices, and migrating several locations from offnet to onnet to reduce vendor dependency. Tata Communications helped Panasonic achieve 99.85% uptime and a 60% decrease in outages, improving network reliability and strengthening its position as a preferred supplier partner.
