Tata Communications was brought in to help address these challenges with a managed security approach, including unified threat management (UTM).
Tata Communications implemented a managed UTM service with firewall monitoring, intrusion prevention, content filtering, antivirus protection, extended log archival, and 24/7/365 support from its Cyber Security Response Centre. The solution added duplicate firewalls for higher availability and regular incident reviews, improving protection for the bank and its customers. Since adopting the service, African Financial Services Group reported no security breaches, while its internal team gained time to focus on other priorities.
