IZO™ Private Connect And Managed Security Services Protect Makemytrip’s Platform

GoMMT, the group behind MakeMyTrip and Ibibo, was scaling rapidly and needed a safe way to test cloud adoption while protecting sensitive traffic from internet exposure and rising cyberthreats. To validate the move, it worked with Tata Communications and used IZO™ Private Cloud as a test-and-development platform, along with secure connectivity and security guidance.

Tata Communications then implemented IZO™ Private Connect over a Global VPN to keep public cloud traffic off the internet, and added a fully managed DDoS protection service through its Managed Security Services portfolio. The result was low-latency, secure access to cloud applications, better customer and user experience, and no need for extra on-premise firewall investment; the program also consistently achieved and exceeded a 99.9% SLA.
