Europe’s largest Insurance Intermediary launched a start-up financial advisory subsidiary that needed a fast, scalable IT and telecom foundation to support growth. To meet its goal of using market-leading technology while minimizing capital outlay, it turned to Tata Communications, working with Tata Consultancy Services, for a managed infrastructure and BPO solution.

Tata Communications delivered a fully managed, pay-as-you-grow platform including network connectivity, managed hosting, Microsoft Exchange messaging, MPLS/IPSec WAN links, and virtualized hosting with VMware. The solution was implemented in eight weeks, reduced the need for dedicated assets and staff, supported compliance with disaster recovery at a second data center, and gave the customer a low-cost, scalable architecture to expand operations efficiently.
